Tax deadlines this week!

March 15 is the deadline for calendar-year corporations to file their 2012 tax returns. Don’t forget, the extension is only an extension to file the return, not to pay the tax. Significant penalties accrue on extended tax returns with amounts due.

It is also the deadline for corporations to elect S corportion status for 2013.
